Account & sign-in
I can't sign in
Double-check the email address you used to create the account, and make sure you're signing in with the same method (Apple, Google, or email) you used originally. If you're still stuck, email hello@vinekin.com and we'll help you recover access.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, manage your password through that provider instead.
How do I change my email address?
Open Profile → Settings → Account in the app. If your email provider has changed and you can't access the old address, email privacy@vinekin.com from the new address so we can verify and update it.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our account deletion page for step-by-step instructions.
Subscriptions & billing
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the app store you purchased from:
- iPhone / iPad: Manage Apple subscriptions
- Android: Manage Google Play subscriptions
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google directly:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Request a Google Play refund

I was charged but don't have access
Try these steps first:
- Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to purchase.
- In the app, go to Settings → Subscription and tap Restore Purchases.
- Close and reopen the app.

Using the app
How do streaks work?
Your streak goes up each day you complete at least one lesson or daily challenge. Streaks reset at midnight in your device's local timezone.
Can I change my Bible translation?
Yes. Open Profile → Settings → Translation to choose your preferred version.
Can I use VineKin on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device and your progress will sync automatically.
Notifications aren't working
Check that notifications are enabled in your device's system settings for VineKin, then verify your reminder settings in Profile → Settings → Notifications.
Report a bug
If something isn't working right, email hello@vinekin.com with:
- Your device and operating system (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18)
- The app version (found in Profile → Settings → About)
- A description of what happened and what you expected
- A screenshot if possible
